Your but looks way better than rio rondos!!
Wow, you really inspire me. If I ever feel lazy, I just come here, and you inspire me to keep going. I’m pretty sure you laugh at my work, but hey, I try.
I might try to make a costume for my peter stone. Yours look lovely.
If you have any other tips please let me know!
Where do you get the hardware! I live in Michigan and it’s so boring here 😦 And cold. We don’t have very many stores that even have the basic schleich. sometimes I’m allowed to by online tho so that’s how I get the un-available schlich. we don’t get any of the schleich tack and accessories tho.
Amazing work! I have a question, how the heck do you use Tacky Wax!?!? I got some, but every time I try to use it nothing sticks to it,and then it makes all my stuff all greasy and gross,it’s really frustrating. So anyways could you give me a few tips on how you get it to work? Thanks.
I actually use dental wax! It’s not as sticky as Tacky Wax (which is both a good and bad thing) but it can be just as frustrating to use. Sometimes I’ll use more than I need and then scrape off the excess with a toothpick.
Hello! I really like your tack, impressive. I want to make matching blankets for two of my models, this is my first time making blankets… Any suggestions?
Hi, I have been making model horse blankets for a little while now and one of the things that stumps me most is color, make sure you choose the right colors the first time so you don’t have to throw away the fabric.

I am in love with your tack! I found this AMAZING Etsy store called, Boo Tack Saddlery UK. Amazing. She makes all kinds of tack, even custom orders! I ordered from her before, awesome. (She makes tack a lot like you do, Nichelle) Shipping is even quick for being in the UK! Try it out if you want to! 😁

No, I mostly make things in the Traditional scale. 🙂

Most of my hardware comes from Rio Rondo or The World of Model Horse Collecting on ebay 🙂
how did you learn to make this stuff?!:)
Do you make that for classic scale? I collect and make things for them…
It’s really good! What type of leather do you recommend for making English saddles?
This was made from tooling and skiver leather. Both can be found for sale at riorondo.com 🙂
What type off lace (if any) do you use?
I use kangaroo lace. I purchase it from Rio Rondo or The World of Model Horse Collecting on ebay 🙂
I love how it looks so real. 🙂
how do you make the saddle pads? i have been trying for ages but i just cant get them right. could you do a tutorial for them please 🙂
Hey! I was wondering if you could make a YouTube channel (if you don’t already have one) and make tutorials on this stuff. Thanks! 🙂
Do you make things in the classics scale! btw i love your work! its amazing!
Thank you! I mostly work in Traditional scale 🙂

Yes, if you already have a Breyer blanket trace that, so you can make it the right size! 🙂
Exactly, listen to breyerluv, I do the same thing! (Make sure to use non-fraying fabric so it doesn’t look cheap)😁

Me too, Bobi Sue! Colour is really important! Definitely make sure you put the right colours together! (I learned that the hard way…)

Listen to HannahFancy, use more expensive fabric instead of the stuff that frays easy! (I shop at, HairBow Center)
