So many things in progress!

After feeling stuck for ages, something’s switched and I’m now in “sew EVERYTHING” mode. Maybe I’m trying to make up for lost time or maybe I’m just crazy. (it’s probably both)

One thing I DO know is that I’ve been feeling better than I have felt in weeks/months, which is helping so much. I keep thinking… what about tomorrow? What about next week? But there’s also this reminder to just take one day at a time.

Anyway. Pony clothes!

All of these, when finished (no I don’t know when that will be) will be listed to my Etsy shop. I never intended to have a space/star theme… it just sort of happened so I’ve kept going with it.

I’ve had a lot of interest in galaxy print blankets, so I’m trying to include multiples in various prints I’ve collected.

I’ve also got one in a northern lights print.

Fun fact: the constellation print glows in the dark. 😛

I’m also hoping to get this group of Trek inspired english pads finished up. They have been sitting on my desk for months, but if I can finish them I’ll try and include them because SPACE.

(how many years has it been since I made the first ones??)

Like I said I don’t know when these will be ready for sale. (and no, I won’t take pre-sales or holds, sorry) I AM looking for some feedback though.

Do you prefer to have a set date & time for new listings? OR do you prefer something more random?

Lately I’ve announced a day but not a set time. I feel that both have upset people and I have to continually remind myself that I can’t please everybody, but if there’s a strong preference for one over the other it might help a bit.

Another idea is eBay auctions… I’d rather not go that route BUT if you have any feedback on that I’d love to hear it as well.

  1. I would watch your etsy shop for weeks until you put these up! Although, I only have classics and stablemates. ;-; I would buy these no doubt if I had traditional!!

  2. Oh my I definitely want one of these!! “northern lights, swoon…”
Day & time is useful… I rarely do Etsy but would make an exception for such beauties. My opinion on eBay is that since I sell with it, it’s only fair I buy with it. Personally my choice for advertising (notifying) is MH$P.
Regardless, I hope these blankets find good homes!

  3. There was a missed opportunity to call this post ‘Sew many things in progress!’. I’m disappointed in you. XD
