I’m really looking forward to Christmas this year, and making all sorts of tiny Christmas-y things. I think this is because I felt like such a scrooge last year (retail does that to you, what can I say) so THIS year I’m making up for it. Or something.
Anyway, today I decided to kick the mini stuff off with a gingerbread house. Or rather, a gingerbread barn, because why not?
It was one of those… easier said than done projects.
So it’s not perfect.
But it’s still cute so I’m happy. π I couldn’t make it without a set of cookies to go with it, so those were next. The icing was a mixture of solid and liquid polymer clay, which made decorating them incredibly difficult… so they’re also not perfect.
But neither are the real cookies I bake, so that’s my excuse. That and these are each smaller than my fingernail.
I’m craving gingerbread now though…
Awww, they’re adorable! And very impressive for smaller than a fingernail. π
I actually think that their imperfectness makes them far more realistic! I love them!
SMALLER THAN YOUR FINGERNAIL?????!!!!! Hoe do you do it!?
aww those are super cute!
