Closet of DOOM

This is what nightmares are made of:

I have two closets in this room… one’s for clothes and such, the other for all my model horse stuff and random things that need homes. The difference between the two is like night and day. This one is nothing but a disorganized MESS. It’s been driving me NUTS because I can’t stand clutter and disorganization, but every time I open the door I get scared and shut it again.

It’s really pathetic.

So today I decided that enough was enough! And after a few hours of listening to bad Christmas music on the radio and moving some things into boxes and others into the trash, here’s the result:

I can sleep well tonight! Now that all my model-horse stuff is somewhat organized, hopefully I’ll feel inspired to work on some more projects again. (and finish the hundreds I’ve already started…)

And yes, the poor barn was stuffed in there for quite a while. It was moved to the closet when Denny joined the family a few months back:
